After clicking OK, you'll be presented with a password prompt, as shown. Enter your PRIMUS username (sometimes called your login name) and password.

Note that you do not want to use the capital P in front of the username that you use when you dial in to PRIMUS. As an example, if your username in Dial-Up Networking shows up as Pchele, you would only enter chele here.

Enter the appropriate information and click OK.
