Clicking on List Webs should have produced the result shown below. You're seeing here the Root Web, which is created by the installation of the FrontPage Server Extensions. If you get to this point, but then get errors indicating that no web is found, or that FrontPage is not installed on the server, you'll want to give tech support a call at 800-470-8786, or send an email to support@primushost.com letting us know the problem.

Assuming all has gone as planned so far, you'll now click OK.
