After clicking on Publish FrontPage Web, you will be presented with a pop-up window entitled Publish.

As a side note, don't be alarmed if your Publish window looks slightly different from this example. If you've never used it to publish files before, your window will probably be empty. Also, note that keeping the Publish changed pages only box checked can be a real time saver.
