PRIMUS offers full, 24x7 support for the functionality of the server
itself, including performance issues and directory permissions, PRIMUS
will make a good-faith effort to investigate issues in a timely fashion, and
resolve any issue determined to be at the server level. PRIMUS offers
limited support for the initial configuration of the Miva Merchant shopping
cart, but does not support the construction and day-to-day operation of the
Miva Merchant shopping cart. Questions about those issues should be directed
to Miva, which offers 24x7 support.
