You're going to need to click on the Dial Up Networking icon again.
Your Phonebook will as yet not have any settings, so click OK to make one.
You'll be asked what to name your phonebook entry. PRIMUS seems
logical, but it makes no difference.
It is better to edit the properties manually, so put a check
mark in the Phonebook Entries box.
Now you need the Phonebook settings.
