- The Baud Rate window should read 19200 for a 14.4K modem or 57600

TO PRIMUS' TECHNICAL SUPPORT FIRST. All other settings are pre-configured.

- Click on the "Dialer" menu, then choose "Login" (Trumpet will now dial the phone).
NOTE: If you see a message: 'at&c1&k3 ERROR' the first time you attempt to dial in then you will have to run the "login2.cmd script" from

- Select "Bye" to hang up the phone: wait 15 seconds for the phone to hang up
- Dial in again by clicking on the "Dialer" menu, then choosing "login2.cmd"
- When the connection is successful Trumpet will print:

PPP ENABLED
My IP address = 198.115.XXX.YYY (this part does not always show)
- Your connection to the Internet is now active: minimize the window by clicking the down-pointing arrow at the top right of the Trumpet
window
